Terms & Conditions

Expression Blueprint Pte. Ltd. (“Expression Blueprint,” “we,” “our”) operates a marketplace for After Effects expressions, presets, color toolkits, and project files. By using the site or buying a pack, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

These Terms cover the website at expressionblueprint.com, the storefront, the downloadable assets, and all communication we send you about your purchases.

By creating an account, browsing the marketplace, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority where you live) and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organisation you represent.

If you do not meet those criteria, you may not use Expression Blueprint.

Each pack you purchase is delivered under a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the contents in your own commercial and personal motion graphics, film, advertising, and editorial work.

The license is granted to a single legal entity — you, or the company that paid. Within that entity, an unlimited number of artists may use the assets across an unlimited number of projects.

The license cannot be transferred, sub-licensed, or sold.

You may not:

• Re-distribute the pack files, in whole or in part, to a third party — paid, free, or otherwise.
• Resell the assets as part of a competing template, pack, or marketplace listing.
• Use the assets to train a generative model, dataset, or AI service.
• Use the assets in any project that promotes hate, violence, or material that is illegal in the jurisdiction where it will be distributed.

A finished, rendered piece of video that incorporates a pack is yours to release however you like — including for paying clients and broadcast.

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes and processing fees are added at checkout where required. Once payment is processed, your download is unlocked immediately.

We may run promotions, bundles, or pack pricing changes at any time. Pricing changes do not affect packs you have already purchased.

Because Expression Blueprint packs are digital goods that are downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are final once a download has been initiated.

If a pack is materially broken, doesn't open in the listed AE version, or is missing files described on its page, write to hi@expressionblueprint.com within 14 days and we will fix the file or refund your purchase in full — your choice.

The Expression Blueprint name, the brandmark, the website design, and the underlying software are owned by Expression Blueprint. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.

The pack contents are owned by their original creators or by Expression Blueprint where Expression Blueprint produced the pack in-house. The license you purchase grants you a right to use the contents — not ownership of them.

Creators who list packs on Expression Blueprint keep ownership of their work. By listing on Expression Blueprint they grant Expression Blueprint a license to host, market, and deliver their packs to buyers, and to pay them according to the published creator agreement.

Creators must own or have full rights to every asset included in a pack, including any third-party fonts, footage, or audio. Listings that infringe will be removed.

We collect the data we need to run the marketplace — account email, payment metadata (held by our payment processor, not by us), download history, and basic analytics about how the site is used.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except the processors we depend on (payments, email, analytics) and only the data required for them to do their job.

Email hi@expressionblueprint.com if you want to access, export, or delete your data.

Expression Blueprint is provided “as is.” We make every reasonable effort to ensure each pack works as described, but we cannot guarantee the service or the assets will be free of bugs, interruption, or compatibility issues with every plugin or OS configuration.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expression Blueprint's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid Expression Blueprint in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
